Front view of University of North Alabama, Florence (Ala). residence halls and planetarium. Towers Complex includes Rice Hall and Rivers Hall. Text on verso reads: "University of North Alabama, Florence, Alabama. The towers complex of the University of North Alabama was completed on North Pine Street in 1967 and is composed of two major residence halls connected by a central dining room. Rice Hall was named in memory of Septimus P. Rice, president of the university, 1873 - 1881. Rivers Hall was named in memory of R. H. Rivers, president of Wesleyan University, 1855 - 1862."
