Photoionization experiments yielding “complete” information
It is shown that, for a photoionization process, in certain cases, a measurement of the integrated cross section [Formula Presented] and the photoelectron angular-asymmetry parameter [Formula Presented] at an energy for which [Formula Presented] has an extremum, leads to “complete” information about the process, the dipole matrix elements, and their relative phases. © 1998 The American Physical Society.
